It is A MUST to contact us firstly before returning the item(s) or goods. Return without our approval will not be processed

All returns must be made with the items in brand new condition within 3 days of arrival

All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging

We reject all USED/ OPENED items for return

Shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded when order has been shipped

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge for all situations, including factory's fault or damage via postal transit

Please also retain all proof of return, this implies the returning parcel should be sent with a shipping method that enables tracking
